A night at the shed

Mid 2007, I was employed as Leading Hand Scenic Artist for the backdrops and murals in the film 'Nim's Island', starring Jodie Foster.. It will be in the cinemas circa April 2008 Unfortunately, I can't post any images of the work on that set until the movie is out.

I had a fantastic time working on the show and met some incredible painters from Sydney. We all enjoyed working together and it seems like I will be working on their team on some big movies in the near future..

I can post this image of doors and frame that I painted for Powderfinger's video clip, "Hotel Existence" I was asked to paint doors to look like mahogany and the walls of an old building, like the Brisbane City Hall..
